Access control and gate systems vary widely. Tell us the make and model if you know them, and we will confirm whether the job is one we can take on before anything is scheduled.
What to include in your request
- the gate type (for example, sliding or swing) and the operator, if known
- the access control method in use (for example, keypad, card reader or remote), if known
- what is happening, and since when
- photos of the gate, the operator and any labels
- whether the site is currently secure
Please do not send keypad codes, system or app passwords, card or fob numbers, or photos that show them. We do not need them to review a request.
Service area and scheduling
The Sacramento region, generally within about 80 miles, with farther sites reviewed case by case. We confirm availability and timing when we respond. We do not promise same-day or after-hours visits in advance.
