- A commercial door, gate or entry system needs work at your site: use Request Service. We review each request and contact you to discuss the job and scheduling. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
- You need a door hardware part: see Shop. Online checkout is not open yet, and sending an enquiry does not place an order. Our hardware identification and enquiry guide explains what to include.
- Anything else, or not sure: email info@strikedoors.com with a short description.

If a failed door or gate creates an immediate danger to people, keep everyone clear and call 911 if anyone is at risk. Please do not rely on email in an emergency.

Passwords, door, gate or alarm access codes, keypad codes, key numbers or key cutting (bitting) codes, card or fob numbers, or photos that show them. We do not need them to help you.
